Alert Notifications
Configure who receives internal alerts when a client rates 7 or below.
Separate multiple addresses with commas. This field is required for low-rating alerts to fire.

⚠ When Triggered: An alert fires automatically when any client submits a rating of 7 or lower. The notification email includes their rating, selected case stage, and any comments.
★ Review Redirect: Ratings of 9 or 10 immediately display your positive message and a direct Google Review link. Each survey can point to a different Google location.
📧 Email Setup: To activate real email delivery, connect a service like EmailJS, Formspree, or SendGrid. See the setup instructions in the downloaded README. In preview mode, alerts are simulated in the browser console.

⚠ Remember: After changing credentials, click ⬇ Export File and re-upload to WordPress. The new credentials only take effect in the exported file.
