Nataleeya Kosek

Hi! I’m Nataleeya — a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant here at Grungo Law. I graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. I’m genuinely excited to be part of such a supportive and knowledgeable team, where I get to grow professionally and keep learning every day.

Before joining Grungo Law, I worked as a pre-litigation case manager, where I had the opportunity to guide clients through some of the earliest and most critical stages of their legal journey. That experience helped me build a strong foundation in case coordination, client communication, and staying organized under pressure — all of which I bring to my current role. Now, I work closely with our amazing pre-litigation case managers to help get each case opened smoothly and efficiently, making sure everything is set up for success right from the start.

Outside the office, I’m a proud cat mom and an avid reader who’s always got a book (or two) on deck. Whether I’m diving into a new novel or exploring ways to better support our clients, I enjoy finding meaning in the little details.
