Brad Parker

Attorney
Brad Parker Esq.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Brad Parker has deep roots in South Jersey and a strong passion for local service. A 1985 graduate of Holy Cross High School in Delran, he was an accomplished student-athlete, excelling in football, baseball, and track.

Brad earned his BA in Political Science from Bucknell University in 1989, where he was also a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. After college, Brad gained early legal experience clerking in Philadelphia before attending Widener University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1993. He then clerked at his family’s law firm, Parker McCay and Criscuolo, in Marlton, New Jersey, where he passed the bar in 1994 and began his legal career. Working alongside his father, David Parker, and other family members in the firm founded by his grandfather over a century ago, Brad honed his skills in medical malpractice and insurance defense, eventually becoming a partner.

In 2007, Brad co-founded Parker, Young & Antinoff, LLC in Marlton, New Jersey, serving as managing partner. With a reputation as an experienced and accomplished trial attorney, Brad has built a practice focused on representing insurance companies and self-insured clients in premises liability and auto negligence cases, while also fighting for individuals injured due to others’ negligence. Licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Brad is an active member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys staying active in sports and spending time with his family, including his three children: Devin, 27, and twins Brooke and Brendon, 25. He currently resides in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
