What inspired your interest in the law?

Growing up, I watched my mother put herself through college and law school while raising three kids. I was her shadow, and she took me to mock trials and asked my opinions on her cases, which fascinated me about how the law works and what it takes to prove a case.

What is your background in personal injury work?

I started my career as a secretary in personal injury, and it was there that I learned how much I loved helping people.

Why do you feel you will be a benefit to the firm?

With my previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal, I know what a case needs to succeed at trial, and I believe I will be a great benefit to this firm.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I work on my side business, which is an auto detailing company. I also have a partner I have been with since I was a junior in high school, and we have three miniature dachshunds—Molly, Monk & Marty.

I am beyond grateful that I have an opportunity to work for such an amazing company. My entire childhood I watched my mother, with three kids, put herself through college and law school, while she earned her degree as an attorney. I was her shadow, and she would take me to mock trials and ask me my opinions on her cases. I have always been fascinated with how the law works and what it takes to prove a case. It was not until I started my career as a secretary in personal injury that I learned how much I loved helping people.

After a few short months, I was advanced into a Litigation Paralegal role where I helped client’s answer interrogatories and helped attorneys prepare for trial. I knew with my previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal, I would be a great benefit to this firm as I know what a case needs to succeed at trial. I am very excited to meet with my new clients and to exceed their expectations.

In my free time, I like to work on my side business, which is an auto detailing company. I also have an amazing partner who I have been with since I was a junior in Highschool. We have three adorable miniature dachshunds: Molly, Monk & Marty, who bring me endless joy.”
