Donald Bigley, Esq., has spent over 30 years helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity, compassion, and steady support. His experience in insurance, construction law, torts, and negligence enables him to provide clear guidance and practical solutions tailored to each client’s situation. Clients appreciate his ability to explain complex issues easily and understandably, as well as his commitment to being there for them every step of the way.

Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1989 and to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Don earned his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Delaware. Early in his career, he served as a law clerk in Camden County Superior Court, assisting with civil motions and jury trials, which gave him a solid foundation in understanding and advocating for clients.

During his career, Don has handled numerous complex and high-exposure civil matters across multiple New Jersey counties. He has significant trial experience, having tried many civil jury cases early in his career. In addition to his courtroom work, he has provided litigation training and strategic guidance, drawing on decades of hands-on experience managing cases involving serious injuries and challenging legal issues. Clients value his practical judgment and extensive experience.

Outside of his practice, Don is married to his wife, Sara, and is the proud father of two grown sons, Conor and Kyle. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, landscaping, traveling, and spending time at his family cabin in the North Woods of Minnesota.
