Joanna DeAngelo

I grew up in North Jersey and later found my home in Vineland, where the sense of community has made me feel at ease. Growing up as the child of immigrant parents gave me a deep appreciation for compassion, hard work, and understanding. It also instilled in me a strong connection to people who may feel unheard or face language barriers, and it’s why I value creating spaces where others feel seen and supported. With experience across multiple fields, I’ve developed the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, family is at the center of my life. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, whether we’re enjoying the outdoors, exploring new places, or relaxing together with a good movie. These moments keep me grounded and remind me of what truly matters—building strong connections and appreciating the everyday joys of life.
