Galloway Township / Historic Smithville — 4th of July Parade

Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026

Location: Historic Smithville, 615 E. Moss Mill Road, Smithville, NJ 08205 (part of Galloway Township)

Time: 9:00 AM

Details: The largest 4th of July parade in all of New Jersey — expected attendance of 10,000+ spectators. Parade procession starts at 9 AM on Smithville Boulevard, heads to Moss Mill Road, then west on Moss Mill to Historic Smithville. Pre-registration required to participate in the parade. Historic Smithville offers 50+ shops, 7 eateries, carousel and train rides, paddle boats, and free weekend events. Free to attend. On-site parking available. Note: This is a parade event — no fireworks display confirmed in Galloway/Smithville for July 4, 2026.

Hammonton Independence Day Parade

Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026

Location: 10 S. Old Egg Harbor Rd, Hammonton, NJ 08037

Time: 11:00 AM | Fireworks at 9:00 PM

Details: A signature event of Hammonton’s America 250 celebration, the parade will feature marching bands, community groups, decorated floats, classic cars, emergency vehicles, patriotic performances, and more along Bellevue Avenue. Participants can compete for awards, with winners receiving commemorative Hammonton 250th Anniversary trophies.The parade is part of a full day of Independence Day festivities, including activities at Veterans Park from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and an evening celebration at Hammonton High School beginning at 6:00 p.m., culminating with fireworks at approximately 9:00 p.m. Join us for a day of patriotic fun, community pride, and celebration.

 America’s 250th Birthday Fireworks — Battleship New Jersey

Washington Township 4th of July Parade & Fireworks

Location: Washington Township High School Complex, 529 Hurffville–Cross Keys Road, Sewell, NJ 08080

Time: Parade: 6:30 PM | Fireworks: approximately 9:00 PM

Details: Annual community parade exits the WTHS 11–12 parking lot at 6:30 PM, traveling Hurffville Cross Keys Rd → Greentree Rd → Egg Harbor Rd → Ganttown Rd → back to Hurffville Cross Keys Rd. Fireworks launch from the WTHS High School Complex grass field and are visible from most of the entire parade route. Food and ice cream vendors set up in the 9–10 parking lot along Ganttown Road. Free to attend. Parking available in WTHS school lots.
